Established on April 28, 2021, the Edward Brune Memorial Scholarship Fund commemorates the enduring legacy of Mr. Edward Brune. A life-long advocate for personal and community development, Mr. Brune utilized tennis as a transformative vehicle to enrich the lives of those around him. As the founder and general manager of the Indianapolis Racquet Club, he melded his passion for tennis with an unwavering commitment to teaching the sport to thousand of individuals across all age groups.

The Fund aims to perpetuate Ed's ideals by annually awarding scholarships to young individuals in Indiana who embody his love for tennis, his dedication to perpetual self-improvement, and above all, his intrinsic respect for fellow human beings.
